Ice skating rink at the Monzabon

Did you know that the Monzabon is the only hotel in all of Europe with its own indoor ice skating rink? Skate your laps peacefully and comfortably on over 300 m² of artificial ice. You can rent ice skates from size 23 up, here. The rink is all about our regional, curling-like “ice stock sport” on three nights a week from 5 pm – have you tried it yet?

Romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides

The deeply snow-covered winter scenery invites you to visit one of the many destinations in Lech am Arlberg by horse-drawn sleigh. Powered by two HP, you snugly trot through Lech, Zürs, Zug and Oberlech, wrapped in thick blankets, snowflakes tickling your nose. Marvel at the Arlberg winter wonderland with your family or enjoy romantic moments for two.

Tobogganing in Lech and St. Anton

Reach the toboggan run with the Bergbahn Oberlech in under five minutes – and away you go on 1.2 km of action through the snowy forest. The run is even lighted in the evening. There’s another amazing natural toboggan run with speedy descents in St. Anton. You can rent toboggans at both runs and in the local sports stores.

Huber Hus Lech

Arlberg winter excursions absolutely must lead to the Huber Hus on the Tannberg in Lech. Built at the end of the 16th century, you get to see carefully reconstructed living and workrooms from the last centuries. The walk-in museum impresses with original exhibits and exciting, yearly changing special exhibitions.

Europe's most beautiful village

According to the JATA ranking, Lech am Arlberg is the sixth-most beautiful village in Europe being the only ski resort and one of only two alpine villages on this list. Lech Zürs isn’t only popular for its authentic, charming mountain village flair among Japanese travel agents, you will love it here as well!
