Responsible enjoyment is the motto of the Hotel Jagdhaus Monzabon, our hotel at the Arlberg. Regionality, sustainability, fair trade, but also the close relationship of trust with partners and suppliers play an important role in our cuisine.

We guarantee:

  • Our game meat comes from the region and the surrounding hunting areas.
  • The fresh organic milk comes from Vorarlberg.
  • All our eggs come from the Sennhof in Rankweil.
  • We use rye straws by Strohmi Naturstrahme.
  • Every day we serve a healthy, varied children's menu that’s just as delicious as mom and dad’s meal
  • Our honey comes from our bee sponsorship.
  • We use organic muesli by Verival.
  • Most of our jams are homemade.
  • We prefer products from local suppliers and from small-scale agriculture.
  • We serve vegan dishes and delicacies from the detox cuisine from breakfast to dinner – on request and for a small extra charge!

Sweet breakfast delight from happy bees

Get up and say hello to a sweet new day: a delicious, balanced, and – above all – fair breakfast buffet lays the foundation for a perfect day! Enjoy fruity juices, crunchy fruit, crispy bread, fragrant pastries, delicious organic muesli, freshly prepared egg dishes, aromatic cheeses, and the finest honey.

We have come up with something very special for this sweet spread: In order to always guarantee you the best quality and an excellent taste, we have sponsored a beehive at Honigerlebnis Hinteregger in Wieselburg, Lower Austria. From there, the fresh and sweet honey is delivered to our breakfast buffet on a regular basis! Thus, we do not only guarantee a sweet morning, but make at the same time an important contribution to the preservation of the bees.

By the way: For a more conscious indulgence, the Hotel Jagdhaus Monzabon offers you vegan delights as well as specialties from the detox cuisine. Enjoy our detox dishes from breakfast to dinner – on request and for a small surcharge!
